负载型纳米级零价铁去除污水中的重金属离子的研究

摘要 负载型纳米级零价铁是一种较为新型的处理水中重金属污染的水处理剂。利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂形成骨架,再引入正硅酸乙酯和铁(原位引入法),最后利用硼氢化钠还原制得成品。研究表明,负载型纳米级零价铁还原大部分重金属离子效率极高,在超声下几分钟内便可除去(置换)水中大部分重金属,且方便过滤。去除率可达95%左右。这种方法在工业废水的重金属处理中有广阔的应用前景。 Nanoscale zerovalent iron is a new material used to remove heavy metal ions in water. Using cetyl-trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as surfactant to form the skeleton, and then introducing tetraethoxysilane (in situ method), and using sodium borohydride to restore and finally get the finished prod- uct. The study shows that it is effective to use nanoscale zerovalent iron to reduce most heavy metal ions. Using ultrasound most of the heavy metal ions can be removed within a few minutes. Moreover the filtra- tion of the final product is easy. Atomic absorption graphite tube test result shows about 95% of removal rate. Nowadays it is very common for heavy metal to excess the standards. This method will have a promising application in dealing with heavy metals in industrial sewage.
