中国城镇化与资源环境承载力耦合关系演变 被引量:12

Urbanization and Resource Environmental Bearing Capacity's Relationship and Evolution in China

摘要 城镇化与资源环境承载力之间相互影响、相互制约,在建立评价指标体系的基础上,运用耦合度和耦合协调度模型,定量研究了1979—2014年中国城镇化与资源环境承载力耦合关系及其演变过程,得出的主要结论有:第一,伴随城镇化综合指数提高,中国资源环境承载力综合指数先下降、后上升,经历了"U"型变化过程;第二,中国城镇化与资源环境承载力耦合度一直处于拮抗阶段,既存在城镇化对资源环境承载力的胁迫效应,也存在资源环境承载力对城镇化的约束作用;第三,城镇化与资源环境承载力耦合协调度经历了中度失调、轻度失调和临界协调三个阶段。 Urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity's indicator system is established, China' urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity relationship and evolution is studied by using coupling degree and coupling harmonious degree model. The results show that: (1) With urbanization comprehensive index's going up, resource environmental bearing capacity comprehensive index decreases firstly and then increases, presenting "U" evolution trend. (2) Since reform and opening up in 1978, urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity's coupling relationship has always been in rivalry phase, stress effect and restraint function between urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity all existed. (3) Urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity's coupling harmonious degree has experienced 3 stages: Moderate disorder, mild disorder and critical coordination, though presenting beneficial development trend, but the coordination degree needs further increases.
