氧化铝微米片/环氧树脂复合材料导热性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以二维Al_2O_3微米片为填料,采用涂布技术制备了高导热的Al_2O_3微米片/环氧树脂复合材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、导热仪等研究了复合材料的结构与导热性能之间的关系。结果表明:复合材料的导热系数随着Al_2O_3微米片含量的增加而增大;当Al_2O_3微米片添加量为50%时,复合材料的导热系数达到1.08 W/(m·K),而无规则Al_2O_3填充的复合材料导热系数只有0.61 W/(m·K)。复合材料的介电常数随着Al_2O_3微米片含量的增加略微有所增大,力学性能略微低于无规则Al_2O_3填充的复合材料。 An Al_2O_3 microplates/epoxy resin composites with high thermal conductivity was synthesized by coating technique using two-dimensional Al_2O_3 microplates as filler. The relationship between the structure and thermal conducting properties of the composites was investigated via FTIR, SEM, and conductometer. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the composites increases with the increase of Al_2O_3 microplates content. When the content of Al_2O_3 microplates is 50%, the thermal conductivity of the com- posite reaches 1.08 W/(m·K), while the thermal conductivity of irregular Al_2O_3/epoxy resin composite is 0.61 W/(m·K). The dielectric constant of the composite increases slightly with the increase of Al_2O_3 micro- plates content, and its mechanical properties are lower than that of the irregular Al_2O_3/epoxy resin com- posite.
