摘要
优先发展远方集中式光伏发电还是优先发展就地分布式光伏发电,需要进行经济性比较。立足于光伏电站建设发展的地域性差异,在传统光伏电站成本电价计算方法的基础上,考虑用户的实际用电成本,提出了远方集中式光伏电站与就近分布式光伏电站发、输、配电拓扑模型。分析了光伏电站在发、输、配电过程中的电能传输效率,将光伏系统的损耗与输配电成本纳入光伏用电成本,建立了一个用于评价光伏系统发、输、配电全过程内效率与成本的计算模型,并采用实际算例给出了具体的比较过程。结果表明:光照小时数、输电距离、光伏电站的单位容量投资是影响远方集中式光伏电站与就地分布式光伏电站成本差异的主要因素。
Economy comparison is required in determining which is preferred, development of distant ground photovoltaic( PV) power stations or distributed photovoltaic stations. Should it be focusing on the regional centralized PV stations or basing oneself on the locally available traditional method of cost calculation, the power generation, transmission and distribution topology model of distant ground PV power station or distributed PV stations is proposed by considering the total cost of different PV stations. The transfer efficiency in the process of power generation, transmission and distribution is analyzed. By integrating the PV system loss and power transmission and distribution cost into the PV power usage cost, a calculating model is built for evaluating the efficiency and cost through the whole process of PV system power generation, transmission and distribution. Actual cases are used to exhibit the detailed comparison process.Results show that the difference in PV cost is affected mainly by the light hours, electricity transmission and PV station unit-capacity investment.
