摘要
详细分析了高分子乳液、隔热粉、氧化锌等关键组分对金属屋面防水涂料性能的影响,并测试了防水涂膜拉伸性能、低温弯折性能、吸水率、耐沾污及隔热性等关键性能指标。结果表明:采用紫外线交联型丙烯酸乳液和有机硅橡胶乳液复配对防水涂膜的拉伸性能和耐沾污性有利;添加纳米累托粉、六钛酸钾晶须和镍铁尖晶石复配有利于防水涂膜的隔热性;添加氧化锌对防水涂料的拉伸强度、吸水率、耐沾污性有利。
The influence of the key components such as polymer emulsion,heat insulation powder and zinc oxide on the met- al roof waterproof coating is analyzed in detail. And test the tensile performance, low temperature bending properties,water absorp- tion,stain resistance,heat insulation and other key indicators. The results show that the ultraviolet crosslinking acrylic emulsion and silicone rubber emulsion composites film was good for tensile property and stain resistance. Adding nano reetorite powder, six potassium titanate whisker and NiFe2O4 compound was beneficial to heat insulation for coating, adding zinc oxide coatings was ben- eficial to tensile strength,water absorption,and stain resistance.
