摘要
基于车载电池的可充电电量和充电时间受充电温度的影响,设计了三元锂电池在不同温度下充电同一温度下放电的实验方法,并通过有理数逼近的拟合方法建立了不同温度下标准充电的经验模型。根据充电温度可以预测电池的充电电量和充电时间。为了检验该模型的精度,设计了-15℃的充电实验,通过-15℃充电的实验验证,结果表明,建立的模型可以很好地预测标准充电下的充电电量和充电时间。所建立的经验模型可以较精准地预测电动汽车在不同温度下的充电电量和充电时间。
Rechargeable electricity of vehicle battery and charging time are affected by the charging temperature. This paper designs an experimental test method of the NCM batteries, that is, discharging at the same temperature and being charged at different temperatures, meanwhile, establishing an empirical model of standard charging at different temperatures by the fitting method of rational approximation. According to the charging temperature, the charging capacity and charging time can be predicted. In order to detect the accuracy of the model, the charging experiment has been designed at -15 degrees Celsius. It turns out that charging capacity and charging time under the standard charging can be predicted well by this model through the experiment of charging at -15 degrees Celsius. The charging capacity and charging time can be estimated more accurately at a certain temperature by this model. The electric vehicle' s charging capacity and charging time at different temperatures can be estimated well at different temperatures by this model.
