摘要
系统介绍了某款赛车后悬架结构的设计过程,运用Catia构建了赛车后悬架,利用ADAMS/Car对赛车后悬架进行运动学的仿真分析,证明了后悬架系统设计的正确性。对仿真实验结果进行分析,得到后悬架系统性能参数伴随车轮振动的改变曲线。通过ADAMS/Insight实现赛车后悬架系统的优化与仿真,优化了后悬架结构的性能。
This paper introduces the design process of rear suspension system of a racing car. The three-dimensional model of suspension is established in CATIA. The kinematics of the suspension is simulated by ADAMS/Car, and the rationality of suspension structure design is verified. By analysis of simulation results, the curve of suspension system parameters changing with wheel vibration is obtained. Through the optimization and simulation of ADAMS/Insight, the racing car rear suspension system is optimized and simulated, the performance of rear suspension structure is optimized.
