摘要
对医院工作人员的考勤情况进行统计和总结,是对工作人员工作情况进行评价的一个基本方式,是薪酬和福利发放的重要依据,同时也是对员工职称评定、评优评先的重要参考数据。笔者通过自己多年的工作经验,结合医院考勤的实际情况,然后结合Excel表格的基本使用方法,将网络考勤方式融入到医院考勤管理中,并从中总结出医院考勤未来发展的新方向。
