Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the small doses of low molecular weight heparin calcium for unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods One hundred and five patients with recurrent spontane- ous abortion who received spuc therapy without clear pathogeny in hospital from January 2014 to November 2016 were researched. Fifty patients were randomly selected into the research group, 55 patients were randomly selected into the con- trol group. Early pregnancy was diagnosed when urine or blood human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) test was positive. Both groups were given dydrogesterone, vitamin E and folic acid treatment. The research group was given the small doses of low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment in addition. Success rate of pregnancy, pregnancy complications and ad- verse drug reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The pregnancy success rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group, the pregnancy outcome was statistically different between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Pregnancy complication rate of the research group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Adverse drug reaction had no statistical difference between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The treatment of small doses of low molecular weight heparin calcium for unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion is effective. This treatment has no obvious adverse drug reaction, and it can be used safely.
