摘要
提出一种全新的挂胶钢丝帘线直接缠绕的全钢载重子午线轮胎结构,并阐述了相应的轮胎生产制造工艺,解决了目前全钢载重子午线轮胎钢丝帘布接头多、制造工艺流程繁琐、制造设备复杂、各工序制造精度难以保证等问题,克服了目前全钢载重子午线轮胎存在的缺陷,且易于实现轮胎成型制造过程的自动化控制。
A new structure truck and bus radial(TBR) tire with direct winding of rubberized steel cord was proposed,and the corresponding manufacturing process of the tire was described. This new structure and process could solve many problems in the conventional process,such as a large number of steel cord joints,cumbersome processing flow,complex equipment and unsatisfactory manufacturing precision. With the new structure and process,many defects in current TBR tire were removed,and automatic control of the tire manufacturing process could be easily achieved.
