水相中超声辅助绿色合成α,α-二溴代酮

摘要 α,α-二卤代酮是一类重要的有机合成中间体。本文在水相中建立了一种简单实用,经济环保的炔烃与NBS、水多组份反应生成α,α-二卤代酮的超声辅助合成体系。该方法具有很好的原子经济性、避免使用金属催化剂、氧化剂及有机溶剂,反应条件温和、时间短、操作简单、产率高等优点。 α,α-Dihaloketones are important functional groups, acting as versatile building blocks and synthetic intermediates in organic synthesis. A general and facile one-pot procedure for the synthesis of α,α-dihaloketones through ultrasound-promoted reaction of alkynes and trihaloisocyanuric acid in water was developed. A variety of of α,α-dihaloketones were obtained in good to high yields. The methodology has the advantages of a metal-tree, oxidant-free, toxic organic solvent-free strategy, easy to handle reagents, functional group tolerance, short reaction time and the environmentally benign mild reaction conditions.
