摘要
开发基于Abaqus的列车抗侧滚扭杆装置仿真模板,将大量的有限元建模人工操作转化为软件自动完成,从而固化抗侧滚扭杆装置的仿真分析步骤及经验设置,降低计算结果的离散度。该技术解决通用有限元软件操作难度大的问题,降低仿真门槛,可以引导设计人员快速掌握常规项目的仿真业务,减少项目管理工作流程的流转环节,缩短项目开发周期。
The templates for anti-roll torsion bar simulation are developed on the basis of Abaqus,and so a large number of manual operations for finite element modeling are automatically performed by software.The templates can standardize the simulation analysis steps and experience setting and decrease the range distribution of the calculation results. By the technology,the difficulty in the operation of general finite element software and the threshold of simulation work can be decreased,the designers can master the simulation work of regular program quickly,and the intermediate links can be reduced in the project management process and the project development cycle can be shortened.
