摘要
本文构建了社区居民对管理内容满意度的评价模型并进行了实测,运用物元模型和熵权法,通过关联度计算了百步亭社区和常青花园社区居民对管理内容满意度的综合评价等级。结果显示:上述两个社区居民对管理内容的满意度综合评价等级为满意,说明居民对这两个社区的管理工作较为认可。为进一步提高社区居民对管理内容的满意度,社区管理主体应充分重视管理工作的薄弱环节,如卫生管理和社区服务等,有针对性地改进社区管理工作。
This paper has constructed and tested the model of community residents satisfaction evaluation on management. U-sing the matter - element model and entropy weight method, it calculated the level of comprehensive evaluation on satisfaction to management of residents from Pavilion and Evergreen Garden Community. The results showed that the evaluation level of manage-ment of residents in both communities is satisfaction, which shows those two communities have done a good job in management. To improve residents^satisfaction to community management, it is recommended that community managers attach more importance to such weaknesses as sanitary management and community services of community management to improve the community manage-ment.
