摘要
作为钻机关键部件天车中的关键零件,滑轮及其相关零件承担着钻井过程(起钻、停钻、下钻等)中的全部载荷。其稳定性和强度直接影响着天车乃至整个钻机的可靠性和安全性。以兰石某型石油钻机的天车滑轮为研究对象,通过Solid Works软件对此型天车滑轮进行精确建模,借助有限元软件完成其强度分析和模态分析,为天车滑轮的合理设计和减少振动等方面奠定理论基础。
As the key part of the rig crane, the pulley and its associated parts bear the full load in the drilling process (suchas lifting, stopping, drilling down, etc. ). Its stability and strength would directly affect the reliability and safety of crane andthe whole rig. In this paper, the crown pulley of the oil rig produced by Lanshi Company is taken as the object of study, accu-rate modeling of the crown pulley is carried out by using the Solid Works software, and its strength analysis and modal analysisare completed through the finite element software. It lays a theoretical foundation for the reasonable design and vibration reduc-tion of the crown pulley.
