摘要
针对传统的喷油助燃再生的柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)容易产生二次污染的缺点,提出借助柴油机氧化催化转换器(DOC)氧化乙醇产生热量进行DPF再生的方法。搭建系统硬件平台,在发动机台架上进行发动机排气温度和乙醇喷射量对DOC氧化乙醇效率特性研究,并根据氧化特性设定相关控制策略。将系统安装在堆高机上进行实车试验,试验表明,DOC氧化乙醇能够实现DPF再生。
Since traditional regeneration diesel particulate filer ( DPF) easily produces secondary pollution, the paper firstly puts forward the method of oxidizing ethanol with diesel oxidation catalyst ( DOC) to assist DPF regeneration. Then, it establishes hardware platform of the system and studies the influence of engine exhaust temperature and ethanol injection quantity on oxidation efficiency on engine test bed, and sets up related control strategy according to the oxidation property. Finally, it tests the system on forklift, and the result shows that oxidizing ethanol with DOC can realize DPF regeneration.
