摘要
中药材的有效成分复杂,其质量的优势评价方法和质控标准长期以来困扰着药学科研工作者,影响了中药现代化进程。太赫兹光谱技术应用于中草药的有效成分或特殊成分的鉴别,可以避免中药鉴别中依据经验鉴别所带来的主观性和片面性,提高中药鉴别的科学性。本文简介了太赫兹技术及在医药学中的应用,综述了其在中药鉴别中的应用实例及发展方向。太赫兹光谱在中药鉴别中的研究还有广阔的应用前景。
Active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is complex. The evaluation methods and quality control standards of TCM have plagued researchers for a long time, affecting the modernization of TCM. Terahertz spectroscopy technology is applied to the identification of the active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine or special ingredients, which can avoid the subjectivity and one-sidedness in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine by experience and strengthen the scientificity in identification. This article introduces the application of Terahertz spectroscopy in medicine, and reviews the application examples and development of it in TCM identification. Terahertz spectroscopy has a broad prospect in identification of TCM research.
