摘要
肿瘤靶向性磁共振对比剂是一种将特定载体与能够特异性识别各种肿瘤靶点的抗体、多肽或核酸适配体等物质螯合在一起的媒介物质,具有高稳定性、高特异性及高亲和力等特点。目前,已有多种肿瘤靶向性磁共振对比剂运用到乳腺癌、肝癌及前列腺癌等多种恶性肿瘤的前期实验室研究,该文将对肿瘤靶向性对比剂的研究现状进行综述。
Tumor-targeting contrast agent in magnetic resonance imaging is a media integrating a kind of specific car- tier, antibody that can identify various tumor target points, peptide and nucleic acid aptamer with the high-steady, high-specific and high-affinity features, currently, multiple tumor-targeting contrasts agent in magnetic resonance imaging have applied in the early-stage laboratory research of malignant tumors of breast cancer, liver cancer and pro- static cancer, and the paper elaborates the research status of tumor-targeting contrast agent in magnetic resonance imaging.
