摘要 目的探究CT及磁共振在中枢神经系统感染诊断中的应用。方法对该院收治区间为2015年8月—2016年4月的90例患有中枢神经系统感染的患者进行临床研究,并对其进行随机分组,每45例患者为一个小组,根据诊断方式将其命名为对照组和观察组,对对照组患者采用CT影像技术进行病症诊断,对观察组患者采用磁共振技术进行病症诊断,并对两组患者诊断结果进行对比。结果在诊断中枢神经系统感染病症时,采用磁共振技术进行病症诊断结果正常率13.33%更加准确,且从检查结果与病原体检查结果分析,观察组45例患者中病变情况分别为病毒性脑炎5例(11.11%)、结核性脑膜炎7例(15.56%)、脑部囊虫病10例(22.22%)、化脓性脑膜炎9例(20.00%)、新型隐球菌脑膜炎6例(13.33%)磁共振诊断技术也与病原体检查结果更为接近,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振技术是诊断中枢神经系统感染病症的一种精准诊断方法,可进行临床广泛性推广。 Objective To study the application of CT and magnetic resonance in diagnosis of central nervous system infection. Methods 90 cases of patients with central nervous system infection admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each according to the diagnosis methods, the control group adopted the CT imaging technology, while the observation group adopted the mag- netic resonance technology, :and the diagnostic results were compared between the two groups. Results The normal rate of diagnosis results of magnetic resonance technology was more accurate, which was 13.33%, and the examination re- sults showed that in the observation group, there were 5 cases with viral encephalitis, accounting for 11.11%, 7 cases with tubercular meningitis, accounting for 15.56%, 10 cases with brain cysticercosis, accounting for 22.22%, 9 cases with purulent meningitis, accounting for 20.00% and 6 cases with cryptococcus neoformans meningitis, accounting for 13~33%; and the magnetic resonance technology results were similar to the pathogen examination results, and the dif- ferences had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The magnetic resonance in diagnosis of central nervous sys- tem infection is a precise diagnosis method, which can be widely promoted in clinic.
