摘要
目的描述和评价智能型药品集纳盒在眼科病房中进行辅助用药的治疗效果,以及眼病患者在治疗过程中的使用体验,为该智能型药品集纳盒在眼科病房的推广应用提供依据。方法采用面对面访谈法以及调查问卷的形式收集眼病患者在患病期间的生活转变以及使用智能型药品集纳盒辅助用药的使用感受资料,并用现象学研究方法及相关统计学方法进行分析。结果通过对比组进行使用效果评价,眼病患者用药行为的特殊性决定了眼科医护人员应从临床护理实际出发,在护理过程中着重关注眼病患者的用药感受。结论通过完善眼科护理模式,推广使用智能型药品集纳盒来提高眼病患者的依从性,从而获得良好的治疗效果,为眼病患者带来福音。
Objective To describe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of the intelligent medi- cine box in the ophthalmology ward and the experience of the patient in the course of treatment, which provides the basis for the popularization and application of the intelligent medicine box in the ophthalmology ward. Methods Using face-to-face interviews and questionnaires to collect information of the life changes and the feedback of using intelligent medicine box of patients with ophthalmopathy attack, then the information were analyzed by phenomenological research method and related statistical methods. Results By comparing the effects between the patients of two groups, the particularity of drug use of patients with ophthalmopathy determines that medical and nursing staffs should take the realistic clinical nursing into account and pay atten- tion to the feedback of patients＇ medication. Conclusion By improving the model of ophthal- mological care and promoting the use of intelligent medicine box to improve the compliance of patients will achieve a good therapeutic effect and bring the gospel to the patients with ophthal- mopathy.
