摘要
我国是染料生产大国,染料生产过程中产生大量废水,染料废水具有组分复杂、色度高、COD浓度高、悬浮物多、水质及水量变化大、含多种有机物成分。现有的染料废水常规处理常用工艺方法以中和法、蒸发法、高级氧化法和物理化学法等,但这些方法都产生大量危废,增加企业运行成本,对环境产生二次污染。本文以大孔树脂预处理染料,处理后废水再经过中和、抽滤,对染料废水进行资源化处理进行实验研究。通过实验研究表明:以大孔树脂吸附预处理后的染料废水,最佳实验条件为以2BV/h流速,最大处理量为8BV条件下,该染料COD去除率92%、色度基本为无色,废水再经过中和、抽滤后可得到含量98%以上的硫酸钙,采用DMF做脱附剂,树脂可多次再生重复利用。因此说明大孔树脂对染料废水的资源化预处理可行性较高,为后续工程设计提供了工艺参数选择和运行依据。
China is a dyestuff producer, the dye production process produces a lot of waste water, dye wastewater has a complex composition,high color, high COD concentration, suspended solids, water quality and water changes, with a variety of organic ingredients. The existing methods of conventional treatment of dye wastewater are neutralization method, evaporation method, advanced oxidation method and physical chemistry method, but these methods have produced a lot of waste, increase the operating cost of the enterprise, and cause secondary pollution to the environment. In this paper, pretreatment of dyes with macroporous resin,after treatment and then through the neutralization, filtration, the dye wastewater treatment for experimental study. The optimum experimental conditions were as follows: the rate of 2BV/h flow rate and "the maximum treatment rate were 8BV, the COD removal rate of the dye was 92% ,and the chroma was basically colorless. The results showed that the dye removal rate was 92% ,Waste water and then through,after filtration can be obtained more than 98% of the content of calcium sulfate,using DMF as desorbent, resin can be recycled several times. Therefore, it is shown that the macroporous resin has high feasibility for resource pretreatment of dye wastewater, and provides the basis for selecting and operating the process parameters for the subsequent engineering design.
