摘要
基于缩分器的缩分精度可直接影响制样和化验的准确度,阐述了缩分器的作用及缩分方法,介绍了锤式缩分器、管式缩分器、转台式缩分器、旋转缩分器4种主要缩分器的结构形式、工作原理及适用范围,指出缩分器是煤炭机械化采制样的核心部分且对提高整套机械化采制样系统的精密度、降低系统偏倚起着至关重要的作用。缩分器未来的发展应以提高非连续料流及高含水量物料时的缩分精度为主,并缩减料流整形所需空间和设备从而使采制样系统小型化、高效化。
Because that the division precision of division machine could directly affected the accuracy oi sample preparauon ana test, this paper demonstrated the effect of division machine and the division method, meanwhile, the structure, working principles and applicable scope of four types of main division machine (the hammer division machine, pipe division machine, turntable division machine, rotary division machine) were introduced as well, it is indicated that the division machine is the central part of mechanized coal sampling and sample preparation, which plays an important role in enhancing the precision of the whole set of mechanized coal sampling and sample preparation system and reducing the system bias. For the future development of division machine, the improvement of division precision of discontinuous flow and high water content materials will be the main part, the space and equipment of the material flow adjustments should be decreased in order to make the sampling and sample preparation system small and effective.
