摘要
阐述了测定还原煤样的着火温度具有确定煤的氧化程度及煤的自燃倾向等级等作用,简述还原煤样着火温度的测定依据,结合煤的着火温度测定方法中人工测定及自动测定的样品处理及试验步骤,从亚硝酸钠的贮存、煤样的干燥、联苯胺的使用、升温速度、样品称量、煤样爆燃温度的观察等方面探讨了测定还原煤样着火温度试验时应注意的相关事项。
This paper introduced the important impact of determination of reduced coal sample ignition temperature in geological exploration field, the determination method of reduced coal sample in ignition temperature determination method was introduced, combining with the sample treatment and test procedure of labour measurement and automatic measurement, and from aspects such as sodium nitrite, coal sample drying, preparation of benzidine reductant and heating rate, the precautions of coal ignition temperature determination were discussed.
