摘要 重庆来福士广场项目T3S塔楼是一栋曲面结构的超高层建筑,在施工中,根据建筑的结构特点采用了创新的曲线爬升施工升降平台。重点介绍了创新的曲线爬升施工升降平台的技术特点、工具式三角支撑桁架的应用、避难层工具式构造柱的改进、斜柱区域的封闭措施以及可翻转钢楼梯的设计。经实际应用,该曲线爬升施工平台安全、便捷、经济,值得借鉴。 T3S tower of Chongqing Raffles Plaza is a super high-rise building with curved surface structure. During construction, innovative curve-climbed lifting platform was applied according to the structure. This paper mainly introduces the technical features of innovative curve-climbed lifting platform, application of tool-type triangular bracing truss, improvement of tool-type constructional column on refuge storey, closure measures in batter post area, and design of reversible steel staircase. By practical application, this innovative curve-climbed lifting i)latform is safe, convenient and economical, which can provide references for similar projects.
