摘要
推进党的建设科学化是新时期重大命题。党的建设的科学化,思想建设是前提,理论建设是基础,制度建设是保障,科学方法是关键。推进党的建设科学化过程中存在着思想认识不到位、理论学习不到位,制度建设有障碍,工作方法欠创新等问题。提出要用无产阶级的思想改造非无产阶级思想,增强每个党员的责任感和使命感等完善思想建设;坚持马克思主义的指导,把马克思主义建党理论与中国党的建设实际相结合等完善理论建设;健全党内民主制度,完善人民代表大会制度,营造民主监督的制度环境等加强制度建设;坚持继承和创新,坚持以人为本,科学评价党的建设科学化进程,增强党的工作方法的科学性。

The construction of the party is scientific, the ideological construction is the premise, the theory construction is the foundation, the system construction is the safeguard and the scientific method is the key. In the process of promoting the scientific process of party construction, there is a situation of ideological inadequacy, inadequate theoretical learning, institutional barriers and working methods. In the face of difficulties, the proletarian ideology should be used to reconstruct the ideology of the non-material class, strengthen the sense of responsibility of each party member and the sense of mission, etc. We should adhere to the guidance of marxism and build up the theoretical construction of marxist theory of party construction with the construction of the CPC. We will improve the party＇s democratic system, improve the system of the people＇s congress, and create an institutional environment for democratic supervision.
