摘要
本文考察在职消费对企业创新的影响。研究发现:央企创新产出与价值不相关,在职消费强度与创新投入的关系不确定,与创新投入的产出水平和创新产出不相关;地方国企创新产出与价值正相关,从而在职消费强度与创新产出正相关,主要是因其与创新投入正相关,而不是因其影响创新投入的产出水平;民企创新产出也与价值正相关,从而在职消费强度与创新产出正相关,主要是因其对创新投入的促进作用大于对创新投入产出水平的抑制作用。
This paper examines the impact of the on-duty consumption on enterprise innovation. The resuhs of the central state- owned enterprises show that, the innovation output and the enterprise value is irrelevant; and the correlation of on-duty consumption intensity and the innovation input is indefinite. However, the on-duty consumption intensity doesn't relate to the output level of inno- vation input and the innovation output. The results of the local state-owned enterprises reveal that, the innovation output is positively related to the enterprise value, so the on-duty consumption intensity is positively related to the innovation output, which is mainly due to a positive correlation between the on-duty consumption intensity and the innovation input. The results of private enterprises tell us that, there is also a positive correlation between the innovation output and the enterprise value, thus the on-duty consumption intensity is positively correlated to innovation output, where the promotion effect of the on-duty consumption intensity on innovation input is greater than its inhibitory effect on the output level of innovation input.
