摘要
针对某煤化公司反渗透浓水含盐量高,主要污染物成分复杂,以及所在地区水资源匮乏、水质差等特点,采用自主研发的零动力反渗透浓水回收装置,对其反渗透浓水进行回收利用。运行结果表明,使用该回收装置后浓水回收率可达50.0%左右,且脱盐率保持在85.0%左右,无须额外增加进水泵或投入药剂,降低了企业用水成本。
Aiming at high content of salt and the complicated main pollutants in RO dense water of a coal chemical company, the lack of water resources, and the had water quality in the area, a self-developed un- powered RO Concentrate water recycle facility is used to recycle the water. The results of operation show that the recovery rate is about 50 %, and the desalination rate is kept at 85.0 %, and no additional water pumps are required which reduces the cost of using water.
