摘要 文中提出了一种联产甲基叔丁基醚和叔丁醇的新工艺。新工艺不但可以同时生产MTBE和TBA,而且避开了TBA和水共沸难分离的问题,省去了萃取甲醇水的精馏过程等特点。选用NRTL活度系数法和修正了的SRKM状态方程法对其进行工艺流程模拟,首先对其各个单元进行模拟,对其主要操作参数进行灵敏度分析和优化,分别确定醇化反应器、醚化反应器、催化精馏塔、甲醇萃取塔、MTBE和TBA分离塔的操作压力、温度、塔的进料位置、回流比等操作参数,然后对整个联产工艺作全流程模拟并优化,分别得到纯度(质量分数)为99.5%MTBE和99.9%TBA产品,混合C_4中异丁烯转化率为99.9%。 A new process of co-production of MTBE and TBA has propsed. The new process has its advantages and characters, such as could not only make the co-production of MTBE and TBA come true, but avoiding the difficult problem of separation of azeotrope of TBA and water, and eliminating the process of extracted distilling of MA and water. The NRTL activity coefficient method and the modified SRKM state equation method are used to the process simulation. Firstly, each unit of the co-production process is simulated. Determining the operating parameters of the alcoholize reactor, etherification reactor, catalytic distillation column, extraction tower, MTBE and TBA separation column in separately, such as operating pressure, temperature, the location of feed tray, reflux ratio. Then simulated and optimized the whole process of co-production. Finally the purity of 99.5% MTBE and 99.9% TBA are obtained, and the percent conversion of isobutylene of mixed C4 is up to 99.9%.
