摘要
对齿轮箱体的技术要求及结构进行了分析,合理地选择球铁的熔炼工艺,确定了铸件浇注位置和分型面,合理地进行了砂芯、铸型及浇冒口冷铁工艺设计。配合合理的浇注工艺、开箱工艺参数,成功开发生产了齿轮箱体铸件。
The technical requirements and the structure of the gear box were analyzed, the melting process of nodular cast iron was reasonably selected, the pouring position and parting surface were detemined, and the sand core, mold, gating, riser and chills were designed. With the reasonable casting and shakeout parameters, the gear box casting was successfully developed and produced.
