摘要
通过对某型柴油机活塞裙裂纹宏观观察、扫描电镜微观形貌分析和微区成分检测,分析了其开裂失效的原因。结果表明,材料中的缩松缺陷是引起活塞裙疲劳开裂的主要原因,并提出了改善措施。
The cause of cracking failure of a diesel engine piston skirt was analysed through the macroscopic observation of crack, SEM microscopic morphologies analysis and micro area composition detection. The results show that the main cause of fatigue cracking is shrinkage defect in the material, and the improved measurements were also put forward.
