摘要 以兆瓦级别变频调速系统为研究对象,分析了系统负载阻抗特性和阻抗匹配程度对电磁干扰(EMI)滤波器插入损耗的影响,在此基础上介绍了带阻抗匹配网络的EMI滤波器,对兆瓦级别变频调速系统进行了原始EMI信号的提取,EMI滤波器的选型和阻抗匹配网络元件参数的设计。通过对比添加阻抗匹配网络前后EMI滤波器的滤波效果,验证了带阻抗匹配网络的EMI滤波器对传导干扰的抑制作用。 The MW level inverter system is regarded as the research object.The influence of load impedance characteristics and impedance matching degree to electric magnetic interference(EMI) filter insertion loss are analyzed.On this basis, the EMI filter with impedance matching network, original EMI signal extracting, the EMI filter type selecting and the parameters of impedance matching component designing are introduced.Finally,the inhibitory effect of EMI filter with Impedance matching network on conduction interference has been verified by comparing the performances of EMI filter without impedance matching network and EMI filter with impedance matching network.
