摘要
大庆油田采油六厂550转油站位于大庆长垣最北端,550转油站所管辖油井产液量偏低、含水较高,集输系统能耗较高。为降低转油站运行成本,根据550站内设备特点,结合各个环节建立出能量平衡的数学模型,以实际生产运行的参数对550站进行能耗分析。确定能耗分布规律后,针对耗能大的环节,提出优化方案,建立优化数学模型并进行求解。550站优化之后,每天可节约天然气为2870m^3,节约电能为912k W·h,系统效率提高为7.6%,整体能耗显著下降。
No.550 oil transfer station of six oil production plant in Daqing of field lies in the northernmost of Daqing. The oil well liquid production in No.550 oil transfer station is low and water cut is high, energy consumption of gathering and transportation systerm is higher. In order to reduce the running cost of oil transfer station, the mathematical model of energy balance is built up in every link and the energy consumption of the 550 station is analyzed with the parameters of the actual production operation according to the characteristics of the 550 station equipment. After determining the distribution of energy consumption, puts forward optimization scheme, establishes optimization mathematical model and solves it in view of the large energy consumption link. After optimization of 550 station, natural gas can be saved every day is 2870 m3, saving electric energy is 912kW oh, system efficiency improvement is 7.6%. Overall energy consumption decreases significantly.
