摘要
过敏性咳嗽为呼吸科常见病,主要表现为持续性或反复发作性咳嗽,已经成为严重危害人体健康的一种重要疾病。近年来,过敏性咳嗽的发病率呈现出明显增高的趋势。笔者通过多年的临床实践和对中医理论深入的研究,探讨过敏性咳嗽在中医方面的病因、病机及中药在治疗过敏性咳嗽方面的应用,发现其主要病因在于内有寒饮伏痰,病机为在外感六淫或脏腑功能失调时引动寒饮伏痰,导致肺失宣发肃降而致此病反复发作,采用温阳化饮、健脾利湿化痰的治法,方选小青龙汤合苓桂术甘汤加减治疗此病,取到很好疗效。切中病机,灵活配伍中药,有利于根治本病,使患者痊愈。
Allergic cough is the common disease in respiratory department,mainly manifested as persistent or recurrent cough.It has become a critical case threatening seriously the health of people.In recent years,the incidence of allergic cough is increased obviously in tendency.Through clinical practice and deep study on TCM theory for years,the authors explored the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic cough as well as the application of herbal medicine in the treatment.It has been found that the main etiology of the disease is accumulation of cold and phlegm and the pathogenesis is harmful fluids of cold nature and phlegm aroused by six external pathogens or zangfu dysfunction,which leads to dysfunction of lung in dispersing and descending.All of them result in recurrent attacks of disease.The treating principles are warming yang,resolving harmful fluids,strengthening spleen,removing damp and resolving phlegm.The modified xiaoqinglong tang and linggui zhugang tang are selected in treatment.The satisfactory therapeutic effects are achieved.Focusing on the pathogenesis and combining herbal medicines flexibly contribute to the radical treatment and patients＇recovery.
