摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理在冠状动脉CTA检查中的应用效果。方法放射科成立医疗质量管理小组,遵循PDCA循环管理的计划(P:调查现状、分析原因)、实施(D:检查前、中、后的护理)、检查(C:图像质量、诊断报告、护理措施的落实)、处理(A:根据检查存在的问题进一步分析,制定改进措施并实施)的步骤加强放射科医疗质量管理。结果 PDCA循环管理后冠状动脉CTA检查成功率明显提高,导致检查图像质量差和检查失败的原因明显减少,PDCA循环管理前后统计比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环管理能提高冠状动脉CTA检查成功率及效果,提高病人和临床医师的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effects of PDCA cycle management in coronary CTA examination. Methods A medical quality management team was set up in department of radiology. The procedures （ Plan ： research the situation and analyze the reasons ; Do ： the nursing before, during and after the examination ; Check ： image quality, diagnosis report and the implementation of the nursing measures ; Adjust：improve and implement the measures according to the existing problems） of the PDCA cycle management were followed to strengthen the quality of radiologieal medical management. Results The success rate of coronary artery CTA examination increased significantly after acting the PDCA cycle management. The reasons that result in poor image quality and failing examination reduced significantly. The difference before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle management is statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ConcLusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management can enhance the success rate and effects of coronary artery CTA examination, improve the satisfaction of patients and Clinicians.
