摘要
目的:本研究旨在探讨和分析臭氧治疗联合双唑泰阴道凝胶对于中老年妇女念珠菌性阴道炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2014年2月至2016年2月在我院妇产科门诊治疗的100例中老年妇女念珠菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗组的患者接受臭氧治疗联合双唑泰阴道凝胶治疗;对照组的患者接受双唑泰阴道凝胶治疗。观察和比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:治疗组患者的总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,患者的外阴瘙痒、白带变化、排尿烧灼感、腰腹疼痛等临床症状改善的时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论:臭氧治疗联合双唑泰阴道凝胶对于中老年妇女念珠菌性阴道炎临床疗效显著,且症状改善时间短,值得在临床大力推广。
Objectives：To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of the ozone gynecologic therapeutic instrument combined with metronidazole clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate vagina gel for middle-aged and elderly women with vaginal yeast infection.Methods：A total of 100 middle-aged and elderly women with vaginal yeast infection who underwent treatment in the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient clinic of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were recruited in this study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.Treatment group received ozone gynecologic therapeutic instrument combined with metronidazole clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate vagina gel,while control group received metronidazole clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate vagina gel alone.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group,with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.In addition,the pruritus vulvae,leucorrhea change,micturition,waist and abdomen pain and other clinical symptoms improved significantly faster in the treatment group than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The ozone gynecologic therapeutic instrument combined with metronidazole clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate vagina gel has excellent effect for middle-aged and elderly women with vaginal yeast infection,which can improve the symptoms significantly and worth promotion in clinic practice.
