摘要
全要素生产率作为评价银行竞争力的重要方面是当前的一个研究热点。在梳理银行全要素生产率相关研究文献的基础上,首先从理论和方法论两个方面对全要素生产率研究进行评述。其次,围绕测度方法、实证要点以及结果分析三个方面对全要素生产率在银行领域的应用研究进行梳理。最后,以样本数据、指标选取和测度方法为切入点对研究的发展趋势进行展望。通过文献梳理,提供已有研究的思路,为未来银行全要素生产率的研究拓展空间。
Total factor productivity （TFP） as an important aspect of evaluating the competitiveness of banks is one of the hotspots. On the basis of combing the relevant research literature of the TFP of the bank, this paper reviews the TFP research from the two aspects of theory and methodology. Then, the research on the application of TFP in the field of banking is combed in three aspects ： measuring method, empirical point and result anal- ysis. Finally, the development trend of the research is prospected by using the sample data, the index selection and the measurement method as the starting point. Sorting out the research on TFP of banks and recent progress, this paper not only provides the existing research ideas, but also ex- plores the future of study.
