摘要
过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌具有简便、快速的优点,是目前医院处理低温手术器械的主要方法之一,但其灭菌效果受待灭菌物品形状、材质、清洁度、干燥度、包装材料、装载方式等多种因素影响,如何更好地对灭菌产品进行质量监测,确保医疗安全成为大家关注的要点,笔者就近年来对过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌监测技术的研究和应用作一综述。
Low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization has the advantages of simple to operate and fast to sterilize,it is one of the main methods for treating cryogenic surgical instruments in hospitals.But its sterilization effect will be affected by the shape,quality of the materials,cleanliness,dryness,packaging materials,loading ways of the sterilized goods,and the like. How to have a better quality control of the sterilized products to ensure the medical security has become common concerns. The author reviews the research and applications of low temperature plasma sterilization monitoring technology to hydrogen peroxide in recent years.
