摘要
针对目前高温高压试验装置不能满足井下工具研制的问题,介绍了静密封条件下最大压力210 MPa、动密封条件下最大压力105 MPa、最大温度200℃、可稳定工作时间15 d井下工具高温高压实验装置研制过程。所研制的实验装置采用液缸加载,热风加热,三路压力系统独立加压,在高温高压条件下可对井筒内部的井下工具进行加载、扭动,能完整模拟井下全过程的工况,使实验装置能更贴近现场实际,确保井下工具试验更真实、可靠。
According to problem of the current high-temperature,high-pressure testing device can not meet the development of down-hole tools,the process of high temperature and high pressure experiment device for down hole tool is introduced when maximum pressure is 210 mpa under the condition of the static seal,maximum pressure is 105 Mpa and maximum temperature is 200℃ under the condition of the dynamic seal,stable work time is 15 days.The developed experimental device adopts hydraulic cylinder loading,hot air heating,three-way pressure system independent pressure,and under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure,the down-hole tool within the wellbore can be loaded,twisted,completely simulate the whole process of underground conditions,being more close to the actual of the experimental device,which ensure down-hole tools test more reliable.
