摘要
朱珊教授长期从事儿科临床、科研、教学工作30多年,朱教授认为小儿发病原因有外因和内因两大类,外因责之于感受风邪,或由其他疾病传变而来;内因主要责之于小儿形气未充,肺脏娇嫩,卫外不固。小儿肺脏娇嫩,形气未充,开窍于鼻,肺主皮毛,且肺为华盖,易受邪侵,侵犯肺卫,致肺失宣肃,从而发为肺炎喘嗽。朱教授认为小儿肺炎喘嗽的致病原因主要为外受风邪、痰热闭肺、内外合邪,继而导致小儿发病。朱教授在中医治疗本病上把握整体,注重脏腑联系,辨证施治取得良好疗效。
