摘要
目的:探讨中医推拿联合穴位注射对老年骨性膝关节炎患者膝关节功能的影响。方法:选取骨性膝关节炎患者80例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和治疗组,各40例,对照组治疗方案为单纯给予药物穴位注射治疗,治疗组治疗方案为中医推拿联合药物穴位注射治疗,比较两种不同治疗方案对疗效及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、膝关节活动度(ROM)的影响,采用Lysholm膝关节量表进行评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为65.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分比治疗前均下降,但治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后Lysholm评分均得到明显的改善,且治疗组患者治疗后Lysholm评分改善程度明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后ROM均不同程度升高,且治疗组患者治疗后ROM明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿联合药物穴位注射治疗老年骨性膝关节炎,临床疗效确切,改善患者膝关节功能,显著降低患者疼痛程度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with Acupoint Injection on knee joint function in patients with osteoarthritis. Methods: The 80 patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each 40 cases. The control group was given drug therapy for the treatment of acupoint injection therapy, while the observation group was treated by Chinese massage with acupoint injection therapy. The curative effect, VAS score, ROM were compared between the two groups. The knee joint function was evaluated by Lysholm Scale before and after treatment and the curative effects were observed after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group while 65.0% in the control group (P〈0.05); The VAS score of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05); The Lysholm scores in two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the Lysholm scores in the observation group improved significantly better than that in the control group (P〈0.05); The ROM in two groups significantly increased after treatment, and the ROM in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with acupoint injection of drugs in the treatment of osteoarthritis is effective, it can improve the knee joint function, significantly reduce the degree of pain.
