吉林省基层医疗机构医院感染管理人力资源现状调查 被引量:8

摘要 目的:了解吉林省各地区基层医疗机构医院感染管理人力资源现状。方法:采用方便抽样方法,通过问卷调查和现场查看的方式,对吉林省9个市(州)154所社区卫生服务中心、651所乡镇卫生院进行医院感染管理现状调查,对人力资源状况、管理培训情况进行分析。结果:97.9%的乡镇卫生院、99.4%的社区卫生服务中心实行医院感染管理工作责任制;乡镇卫生院共配备医院感染管理人员1211人,其中专职人员占27.7%,兼职人员占72.3%;社区卫生服务中心共配备医院感染管理人员265人,其中专职人员占29.8%,兼职人员占70.2%,2种基层医疗机构专、兼职人员配置差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理人员以女性为主,学历以专科为主,职称以初级及以下为主,从业时间偏短;2012-2015年医院感染管理培训人次数基本持平。结论:2种基层医疗机构医院感染管理组织体系已趋完善,但人员构成不合理,管理素质不高,仍需进一步充实专职管理人员队伍,加强培训力度。 Objective: To explore the current situation of Healthcare-Assoeiated Infection (HAI) management of grassroots medical institutions in Jilin Province. Methods: Convenient sampling was used .154 community health service centers and 651 township hospitals in 9 cities of the province were selected for the survey. Field in speetion and questionnaires were used to survey the basic information of HAI management. The situation human resource and training were analyzed. Results: 97.9% township hos- pitals and 99.4% community health service centers implement HAI management responsibility system. The township hospitals were equipped with 1211 hospital infection management staff, including 27.7% full-time staff, 72.3% part-time staff. There were 265 hospital infection management staff in the community health service center, including 29.8% full-time staff and 70.2% part-time staff. There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of the full-time and part-time staffing( P〉0.05 ). The hospi- tal infection management staff were mainly women, they were mainly junior college educated, their titles were mainly junior and below and their employment time was short. In 2012-2015, the number of trainers per year was basically the same. Conclusion: The organization system of hospital infection management in two grassroots medical institutions has been improved, and it still needs to enrich the full-time staff. The composition of full-time and part-time staff is not reasonable enough, the quality is not high and the training needs to be strengthened.
