摘要
良好的孕育处理可以促进石墨球化,细化晶粒,改善铸铁的机械性能和加工性能,随流孕育装置是获得良好随流孕育效果的前提。根据生产实际,本文设计了一种结构简单的电炉用随流孕育装置,改进了孕育处理方式,解决了孕育剂添加不均匀的难题,为浇注出合格的铸件提供了保障。
Good inoculation process can promote the graphite spheroidizing,grain refining and improve the mechanical properties and processing properties of castings. The stream inoculation device is the premise to obtain good inoculation effect. A simple stream inoculation device for electric furnace was designed according to actual production in this paper. The way of stream inoculation was improved and the problem of uneven adding of inoculation was solved, which could provide guarantee for qualified castings.
