摘要
以PP接枝马来酸酐(PP-MAH)为相容剂,采用双螺杆共混挤出法制备了PP/海泡石复合材料,通过毛细管流变仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等测试方法,研究了不同海泡石含量对PP/海泡石复合材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着海泡石含量的增加,PP/海泡石复合材料表观黏度呈现出先降低后增加的趋势,当海泡石含量为6%时,表观黏度最小;海泡石的加入未改变PP的晶型,PP和PP/海泡石复合材料均只有1个熔融峰,属于PP的α晶型;海泡石的加入使复合材料的熔点略低于纯PP,而结晶温度高于纯PP;随着海泡石含量的增加,PP/海泡石复合材料的拉伸强度逐渐降低,而断裂伸长率呈现出先增加后降低的趋势。
PP/sepiolite composite was prepared using PP-graft-maleic anhydride (PP-MAH) as compatibilizer by twin- screw extrusion method. The effect of different sepiolite contents on the structure and property of PP/sepiolite composites was studied by capillary rheometer, X-ray diffraction analyzer (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and so on. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of PP/sepiolite composite first decreased and then increased with the increase of the content of sepiolite. When the content of sepiolite was 6% , the apparent viscosity was the minimum. The crystal form did not change by adding sepiolite. Both PP and PP sepiolite composite had only one melting point, which belonged to α crystalline form. The melting point of composite was slightly lower than that of pure PP,while the crystal temperature had opposite trend. The tensile strength decreased,while elongation at break increased and then decreased with increasing sepiolite contents.
