摘要
信任是科技型中小企业协同创新取得成功的重要前提。本文分析了影响合作主体之间信任的因素,在KMRW声誉模型的基础上引入第三方信任监督机构,从参与主体不同理性角度出发进行多阶段的动态博弈。研究发现:科技型中小企业协同创新想要取得长足的发展,须与合作方建立良好的信任关系;可以利用第三方信任监督机构规范参与主体的行为,弥补因信息缺失带来的风险。最后,建议从企业内因、环境外因、信息、信誉四个方面来完善参与主体的信任机制,促使科技型中小企业在协同创新的过程中与合作方保持长期合作信任关系。
Trust is an important prerequisite for the success of collaborative innovation of small and medium sized technology-based enterprises. This paper analyzes the factors that influence the trust among the participants. Based on the KMRW reputation model, this paper introduces the third party trust supervision mechanism, and carries out the multi-stage dynamic game. The analysis shows that, small and medium sized technology-based enterprises, which want to obtain the considerable de- velopment of collaborative innovation, should establish a good relationship of trust and cooperation; and use a trusted third party supervision mechanism to regulate the participation behavior of the main bodies as to make up for the risk brought by the lack of information. Finally, it proposes to improve the trust mechanism of participants from the four aspects of enter- prise internal and external environments, information and reputation as to encourage small and medium sized enterprises to maintain long-term cooperative relations with strategic partners in the process of collaborative innovation.
