蔓越莓制剂抑制P菌毛阳性大肠杆菌粘附人尿道上皮细胞的研究 被引量:2

摘要 尿路感染一种重要的妇科疾病。约80%的尿路感染病例是由大肠杆菌感染所致。利用摄入食品的方式预防尿路感染具有安全、不产生耐药性等优点。本研究利用蔓越莓提取物抑制P型大肠杆菌对人尿道上皮细胞的粘附作用。在所实验的8种蔓越莓提取物样品中,经过考察不同蔓越莓提取物的种类、蔓越莓提取物的量等因素显示在60g/L蔓越莓提取物的条件下,抑制率可以达到26.9%。本研究表明蔓越莓提取物可以抑制P型大肠杆菌粘附人尿道上皮细胞,为蔓越莓提取物的应用提供了基础。 Urinary tract infection is an important issue for women, uropathogenic Escherichia coli contribute about 80% of Urinary tract infection. Food intake is a better approach to provent the urinary tract infection with the ad- vantages of safety and non resistance to drugs of E.coli. In this research, 8 kinds of cranberry products were in- vestigated based on their kins and amount of addition with the highest inhibition value of 26.9% at the condition of 60g/L cranberry product. This results showed the inhibition of cranberry products on the adhesion of E.coli to human urothelial cells, which built the base for application of cranberry products.
