摘要
模具加工与制造作为制造业的基础行业,是国民经济发展的重要基础。近年来,数控加工技术以其优越性,在模具制造中得到了广泛应用。传统的模具制造设备及工艺有较大的局限性,如制造周期长、工艺落后、产品精度低等,对模具制造的生产效率和产品质量产生不利影响,已不能满足模具加工需要。数控加工技术弥补了传统加工技术的不足,具有高质量的产品性能、高生产率、高度自动化等特点。本文阐述了数控加工技术的特点、在模具制造中的重要意义、应用分析,并提出了数控加工技术在应用中需要注意的问题,以期对实际生产提供一定的理论指导。
Mold processing and manufacturing as the basic industry of manufacturing industry,is an important foundation of national economic development. In recent years,CNC machining technology has been widely used in mold manufacturing. The traditional mold manufacturing equipment and process have great limitations,such as long manufacturing cycle,backward process and low product precision,which have adverse effect on the production efficiency and product quality,and can not meet the mold processing needs. Cnc machining technology makes up the shortcomings of traditional processing technology,and has the characteristics of high quality product performance,high productivity and height automation. This paper expounds the characteristics of CNC machining technology,the important significance and application analysis in the mold manufacturing,and puts forward some problems needing attention in the application of CNC machining technology,in order to provide some theoretical guidance to the actual production.
