摘要
为了解烟梗草木灰中钾的含量,确定提取方法及提取工艺,本文首先运用原子吸收法对烟梗草木灰中总钾含量进行测定,然后运用单因素实验对烟梗草木灰提钾素最佳方法进行优化,最后对优化方法进行验证,结果表明:烟梗草木灰中总钾素含量为29.463%,最好的提取钾素方法是浸提加超声波提取,超声法中最好的提取条件为灰水比1∶20,在40℃下超声提取30 min,在此条件下,钾素的提取率为95.48%。通过本文研究为烟梗草木灰的持续有效利用提供理论基础,
In order to determine the content of potassium,extraction method and extraction process in the tobacco stems ash,the total potassium content of ash was determined by atomic absorption method,the optimal method was optimized by the single factor experiment,the best optimization method was verified. The results showed that the total potassium content of tobacco stalk ash was 29. 463%. The best extraction condition of the method was extraction and ultrasonic extraction. The best extraction conditions in the ultrasonic method ere 30 minutes after ultrasonic extraction at a water ratio of 1∶20 at 40 ℃,Under these conditions,the extraction rate of potassium was 95. 48%. A theoretical basis for the sustainable use of the tobacco stems ash was provided.
