摘要
水平螺旋输送机槽体是水平螺旋输送机的主要构件之一,承担着支撑螺旋体传输物料和固定作用,槽体刚度直接影响传输过程的稳定性和可靠度,而影响槽体刚度的是槽体本身的固有频率,即模态参数。针对某型号的水平螺旋输送机的槽体,建立槽体的振动学方程,利用ANSYS的模态分析方法,对槽体进行模态分析,结果表明:通过法兰折弯、焊接固定角钢、侧边滚筋的方式可提高槽体刚度,为槽体的结构设计和进一步的优化设计提供理论依据。
Trough body is one of the main components of horizontal screw conveyor, which carries the support and fixed function of material transmission. The stiffness of trough body directly affects the stability and reliability of transmission process and the factor affecting the stiffness is the natural frequency of the body, namely modal parameters. Taking the trough body of a type of horizontal screw conveyor as an example, the vibration equation is established and the modal analysis is carried out by using ANSYS modal analysis method. The results show that the stiffness of trough body can be improved through flange bending, angle steel welding and side rolling, which can provide theoretical basis for the structural design and further optimization of the trough body.
