摘要
为提高45万吨级油船系泊安全性,对大连港靠泊的45万吨级油船的系缆方式和系缆力进行分析,并与30万吨级油船的系泊情况进行比较,研究开敞式油码头45万吨级油船与30万吨级油船系缆角度、缆绳长度和系缆力分布的差别,并结合45万吨级油船现场靠泊情况,提出提高45万吨级油船系泊安全的相关措施。
In order to improve the mooring safety of 450 000 t oil tanker, the mooring line arrangement and mooring force of 450 000 t oil tanker and 300 000t oil tanker docking in Dalian Port are analyzed and compared. The differences of mooring line angle, mooring line length and mooring force distribution between 450 000 t oil tanker and 300 000 t oil tanker docking at open type oil terminals are studied. Based on the berthing situation of 450 000 t oil tanker, some related safety measures are proposed to improve mooring safety of 450 000 t oil tanker.
