摘要 为优化散货装箱工艺流程,满足装箱重量实时控制的要求,设计并制造一种新型可称重式散货装箱平台。该平台主要由动平台、静平台、液压执行机构和称重控制系统等4部分组成,具有制造成本低廉、作业效率高及装箱重量实时可控等特点,适用于在固定场地不同散杂货物大批量装箱作业。应用结果表明:该平台能够高效完成装箱作业,精准控制装箱重量,满足港口生产要求。 A new weighable bulk cargo packing platform is designed and manufactured to optimize the process of bulk cargo packing technology and satisfy the requirement of real-time control of packing weight. The platform is mainly composed of four parts: moveable platform, static platform, hydraulic actuator and weighing control system, with the characteristics of low manufacturing cost, high operation efficiency and the real-time control of packing weight, which is suitable for different bulk cargo packing operation in large quantities on the fixed site. It is shown that the platform can accomplish the packing operation efficiently and control the packing weight precisely, which will meet the requirements of port production.
