摘要 随着发酵工程产业的快速发展,发酵工程课程日益受到各大高校的重视,逐渐成为工科专业如生物工程专业的必修基础课。发酵工程是一门实践性很强的课程,为了更好的锻炼学生的动手能力,单独开设了发酵工程实验技术课程,不同专业采用不同的教学内容:生工专业进行下企业实习,生技和其它专业进行了多样化发酵的实验。几年的教学实践证明,教学效果良好。 With the development of the industry of fermentation, to the course of fermentation engineering, making it becoming a Bioengineering.
